Shanghai only:

fill -v tests/shanghai/eip3651_warm_coinbase/test_warm_coinbase.py --fork=Shanghai --evm-bin=/path/to/evm-tool-dev-version

For all forks up to and including Shanghai:

fill -v tests/shanghai/eip3651_warm_coinbase/test_warm_coinbase.py --until=Shanghai
