fill -v tests/prague/eip6110_deposits --fork=Prague --evm-bin=/path/to/evm-tool-dev-version

For all forks up to and including Prague:

fill -v tests/prague/eip6110_deposits --until=Prague --evm-bin=/path/to/evm-tool-dev-version
